The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. This Privacy Policy also explains our commitment to you regarding the use, processing, transfer, and disclosure of non-personal information about browsing and site usage. The data that 711 Grados collects as the service provider. “Non-personal information about browsing and site usage” refers to information that 711 Grados collects indirectly and automatically about your activities while visiting the Websites and using the Services through tools like Google Analytics. We discard non-personal browsing and service information from the Websites once we have processed it for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. However, we may, but are not obligated to, store certain information for the purpose of our regular backups.

Any other non-personal information we collect and that has not been specified in this Privacy Policy will only be collected, processed, transferred, and used according to our principles.

13. Reorganization or Spin-Offs

As a result of a reorganization, spin-off, or similar transaction, 711 Grados may transfer part or all of your personal or non-personal information to a third party. In making this transfer, the acquirer’s privacy policy will apply. 711 Grados strives to keep personal information current and correct. We also avoid keeping personal information longer than necessary for the purposes described in section 3 or as required by law. If you need to make changes to your personal information, please notify us immediately using the contact form. If you notify us of a change or an error, we will proceed to make the corresponding update. You may also be able to update your information yourself by accessing your 711 Grados profile or account if you have one.

18. Access to Your Personal Information

In addition to the rights conferred by law, you may at any time request us to inform you about the personal information 711 Grados has about you. If you wish to access that personal information, you must request it in writing to 711 Grados using the contact form.
